Tom spent more than a decade in senior level positions with Foote Cone Belding and Reimel Carter, Inc.

Laura received a MBA from Drexel University and a degree in public communications from American University in Washington, DC.

Bobbi Lare, Media Director
Bobbi has more than 30 years of experience in negotiating and buying print, broadcast, online and outdoor media. A veteran member of the BTC team, she brings invaluable relationships with top media reps. Clients know that she always secures the lowest rate and the leading placement.

Mandi Zola, Senior Art Director
Mandi has over eight years of experience in her position at BTC. She has helped create and develop a wide variety of campaigns for the agency's clients, including hospitality, financial services, senior communities, non-profits and business-to-business. In addition to print ads and collateral, she has designed websites and interactive communications.

Jonathan Davis, Senior Interactive Developer
Jonathan has been a senior interactive developer at BTC for the past three years. He has been the lead programmer on a wide variety of websites (desktop and mobile), intuitive content management portals, interactive ads, engaging microsites and exciting motion graphics for our diverse clientele.

Betsy Dru Tecco, Copywriter/Public Relations
Betsy has more than 25 years of copywriting and public relations experience serving the full range of BTC clients. In addition, she has written 13 non-fiction books and has been a contributor to a score of magazines and online media. Betsy earned her bachelor's degree in English, Writing Option, from The Pennsylvania State University and has won numerous accolades for her writing.
