  • Fortune 500 marketing executives Mel Boyd and Joe Tamney found agency with client emphasis on textiles and home furnishings. (1980)
  • Client base includes providers, DRGs, assisted living facilities and other national healthcare entities. (1981)
  • BTC courts both regional and local businesses. A campaign with a local auto dealership ultimately leads to a long-term relationship with General Motors’ East Coast Cadillac dealer groups.
  • Ray Cross joins the agency as a partner. (1982)

1990s

  • BTC wins The Greenbrier as a client, merges with Resort Marketers, and launches what is to become its fast-growing Hospitality group.
  • Agency launches Financial group, with a client base of banks, insurance companies and financial service providers.
  • Debut of BTC Interactive group. (1996)
  • Public Relations group formed, with emphasis on B2B client base. (1998)
  • Agency launches Valley Forge Impressions, specializing in promotional products, advertising specialties and business gifts.
